Refund an Order
Order cancellations for a full refund are only possible within 14 days for products that were not opened or used. For non-custom-made parts, you have a 14 day return period during which you can return your items that are not opened or used.
Refund Exception: custom made Items
Custom made products (e.g. custom guns, OCAW, EMAG, custom parts) can not be cancelled or refunded. Excluded from the right of withdrawal are purchase contracts for products that have been made according to your specifications. According to § 18 Abs 1 Z 3 of the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG), this includes goods specifically made for you. Return an Order
Not all products are eligible for a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items purchased 14 days ago or older are not eligible for a refund. In case you still have a request for a refund or cancellation please contact our customer service team at info@umbrellaarmory.eu.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as BBs, Batteries or clothing cannot be returned. Due to the unique nature of our products, we are not able to accept any returns of any products which were custom-made to the customer's specifications. This includes our custom Airsoft Guns, Drop-In Upgrade Kits and other custom-made items.
Additional non-returnable items:

- Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Return Fees
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not provide refunds for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.
International Returns
Returns must be properly exported such that no import fees are incurred by the seller when receiving the items. We will revoke any parcels which bear shipping or import fees of any kind.
