Shipping policy

 

Your orders will be shipped from our European Warehouse in Austria.

United Kingdom, Switzerland and other non-EU Countries
A minimum order of 200€ is required. For any orders placed from outside of the European Union taxes will not be charged in the shop. Instead, taxes are due on imports in the destination country and are to be paid by the customer. Import costs may vary as they are calculated depending on the destination country. The carrier will contact you directly for customs fees.  

Export Handling Fees
Some countries may require payment of additional export handling charges during export. We will inform you via Email upon order if such fees apply.  

Volume based Shipping Costs
Freight costs are estimated based on item weight. If an item exceeds the standard dimensions set by the carrier additional fees may arise for bulky items. UPS calculates rates either based on weight or by the following formula Volume-Weight = (Length x Height x Width)/5000. If the weight by volume exceeds the item weight additional fees may be charged by UPS for the transport. Our customer service team will reach out to you in case this applies to your shipment, to inform you about any additional charges.
